The College Hall Professional of  Technical Engineers of Public Works of Madrid area has begun its activity with the day "Optimization of economic resources on projects of reinforced concrete structures:  industrialized reinforcements." Tomás Calleja Feniz, head of Department of R & D of Armatek, presented at the college its intervention on 24 September about passive armor manufacturing for structural concrete , which was complemented by a guided visist Industrial Plant "Armacentro".
