Board of directors of ADIF have given great impetus to the High Speed Rail in the province of Palencia,with  the award of works in four installments.

In line Valladolid-Burgos, ADIF has bid the construction of the platform Torquemada-Quintana del Puente. This stretch is awarded to a joint venture company formed by Compañía General de Construcción Abaldo and Construcciones Vera for an amount of EUR 21,695,879, and an execution time of 21 months. 11,3 km will be built railway platform. Armatek carry out the supply and assembly of reinforcement cages.
